We were on the hunt for custom labels for our whisky club's bottles. Other places quoted us £210, £240, and even a whopping £1,100 for the job. Handylabels came in at just £55. The labels were printed on textured paper, similar to Conqueror, with all the specific details for each label. They sent over the proofs - all 210 labels in one massive PDF! - and they were super chill about me needing to revise the proofs three times because of my mistakes. Honestly, the quality of the labels was just about flawless - I can't find anything to complain about. The designs are really detailed, yet they printed them perfectly. They arrived quicker than expected, with top-notch customer service all the way, and an amazing product for a quarter of what we saw elsewhere. What’s not to love?!

I ordered labels that were supposed to be 'red fluorescent,' but they turned out to be orange instead. Since this isn't a case of screen color versus print (fluorescent paper isn't printed), you'd think there'd be a bit more empathy. Instead, I was just told I should've requested a sample beforehand. No goodwill was offered, and no changes were made to the website to prevent future letdowns for others.
